🎯 What You Will Do

Area of FocusYour Daily Impact
Graphic Design & Pre-Press | Create engaging designs for marketing materials and signage. Pre-flight customer files, ensure print readiness, and perform color correction and layout adjustments.
Customer Experience (CSR) | Serve as the face of our center! Consult with walk-in clients, answer calls, and provide accurate estimates. Manage workflows and communicate proactively.
Digital Production & Finishing | Operate digital color/B&W presses and wide-format printers. Manage RIP software, perform bindery/finishing (cutting, folding, binding), and conduct strict quality checks.
Problem Solving & Leadership | Address and correct customer or order situations with tact and composure. Fight for what is right, suggest innovative ideas, and maintain full bearing under pressure.

🧠 Who You Are (Skills & Mindset)

Attribute Requirements & Traits
Technical Skills | Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat). Experience with RIP software (e.g., Fiery) and operating print/finishing equipment.
Experience | 1-3 years in a commercial print, sign shop, or fast-paced production environment is highly preferred.
Character & Values | Operates with high integrity and Christian values. Proactive, highly accountable, and willing to take steps to address situations head-on.
Work Ethic | A self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Highly adaptable, trainable, and eager to learn new systems to improve center operations.
Communication | Excellent verbal and written skills with a customer-first mindset. Analytical, resilient, and always maintains professionalism.
